Contact

Research comments, publication and media enquiries, public-presentation invitations and serious collaboration proposals are welcome.

For questions about a particular ArchaeoLocus result, please identify the project or publication in your message. Corrections to site identity, coordinate provenance, archaeological context, statistical assumptions or interpretation are especially useful when accompanied by a source that can be checked.

Please do not submit confidential personal information, passwords, unpublished sensitive archaeological-location data or material that you do not have the right to share through this form.

When you submit this form, ArchaeoLocus processes the name, email address, enquiry type, subject and message you provide in order to receive, manage and reply to your enquiry. The form sends this information by email and does not intentionally save a separate copy of the submitted message in the WordPress database. Correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry and any appropriate related record-keeping; server, email and security systems may follow separate technical retention cycles. See the Privacy Policy for the legal bases, recipients, retention information and your data-protection rights.

What to expect

ArchaeoLocus is an independent research project rather than an institution with a staffed correspondence office. Messages relevant to current research, publication, corrections, media or public presentation are prioritised. Unsolicited marketing, bulk-link requests and requests to endorse unsupported archaeological claims may not receive a response.

When reporting a possible error, please give enough detail to identify the affected page, coordinate, figure or statement. Frozen analytical results are not silently altered: material corrections are documented and, where necessary, handled through an explicit audit, revision or prospective rerun.
